Privacy Policy
How NekoHub handles personal data during the pilot.
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This policy describes pilot-stage practices for NekoHub. It is product policy text for staging/pilot use and will be reviewed by counsel before a public production launch.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide (such as email and display name), verification materials for creators, usage data needed to operate feeds and messaging, and payment metadata from our processors—not full card numbers on NekoHub servers.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, complete transactions, verify creator identity, prevent abuse, improve product reliability, and communicate about your account.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure and payment providers that process it on our behalf, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention & security
We retain account and transactional records for as long as needed to operate the pilot and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized operators and protected with industry-standard controls.
Your choices
Authenticated users may request a bounded JSON data export or administrator-confirmed account deactivation in Account settings when deployment capabilities allow. Each download shows the expiry period advertised by the deployment. Deactivation is not deletion, anonymization, or source-data removal, and access remains until approval.
