Rules for using NekoHub during the pilot.

These Terms govern access to the NekoHub pilot. They are staging/pilot product terms and will be reviewed by counsel before a public production launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NekoHub. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risk.
Content & creators
Creators must own or have rights to content they upload, complete required verification, and follow content-level rules. Illegal, non-consensual, harassing, or stolen content is prohibited.
Tokens & payments
Token purchases and creator payouts are processed through configured payment providers. Fees, refunds, and payout timing follow the checkout and wallet flows shown in the product.
Platform changes
The pilot may change, pause, or end features without notice. We will try to communicate material changes that affect stored balances or published creator profiles.
