Rules for using NekoHub during the pilot.

These Terms govern access to the NekoHub pilot. They are staging/pilot product terms and will be reviewed by counsel before a public production launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NekoHub. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risk.
Content & creators
Creators must own or have rights to content they upload, complete required verification, and follow content-level rules. Illegal, non-consensual, harassing, hateful, or stolen content is prohibited, as are spam and any content depicting someone under 18.
How content is ordered
Ordering is the same for everyone and never uses your personal data, viewing history, or any profile of you. The feed shows the newest published posts first; "Following" shows only creators you follow, newest first. Filters for tags, content rating, format, and access narrow what you see without reordering it; a post without its own tags is filed under its creator's tags. Search matches post titles, creator handles, and display names, and puts the closest text matches first (post title, then handle, then display name), with newer posts breaking ties; the creator directory works the same way on handles and names. Creators may recommend up to ten other creators; those lists are chosen and ordered by the recommending creator and do not affect search or feed order. NekoHub does not sell placement or ranking. Blocking hides content between you and the blocked account without changing the order of anything else.
How content is moderated
People review reports and make every moderation decision about what content says or shows. Creators are verified before their profiles go public, and posts are reviewed before they appear publicly. Anyone can report posts, creators, comments, and messages, including people without an account where the deployment enables public reporting. Reviewers can dismiss a report, remove content, suspend a creator or an account, or escalate to legal review; the affected person is told the reasons and can appeal. The one automated action is a malware scan of uploaded files: a file found to be infected is blocked automatically and the uploader is told why. We do not use automated classifiers or matching to judge, rank, or remove content.
Tokens & payments
Token purchases and creator payouts are processed through configured payment providers. Fees, refunds, and payout timing follow the checkout and wallet flows shown in the product.
Platform changes
The pilot may change, pause, or end features without notice. We will try to communicate material changes that affect stored balances or published creator profiles.
