Help Center
Answers for fans and creators using NekoHub during the pilot.
NekoHub is a fantasy-creator platform for discovering verified creators, viewing exclusive content, and supporting them with tokens. This help page covers common pilot questions.
Account & access
Create an account from Sign in / Register. After you verify your email, you can browse public creators and manage your profile settings.
Becoming a creator
Apply from Become a Creator. You must be 18+, complete identity verification, and publish only content you own or are licensed to share.
Tokens & payments
Fans purchase Neko Tokens to tip, unlock content, and buy creator merchandise. Transactions appear in your wallet history after checkout completes.
Safety & reporting
Report illegal or non-consensual content from the report controls on posts and profiles. Our review team prioritizes safety reports during the pilot.
If an intimate image of you was published without consent, use the dedicated notice form. A receipt does not confirm that matching content was found.
Anyone can report content that may break the law or our rules — no account or email required, including content in direct messages.
